Your Capstone Project
With the counsel of your Advisor/Mentor, and the approval of the ALEPH Director of Spiritual Resources or designee, you will design, complete, and document a personally-tailored Capstone Project that demonstrates your growth and skills and contributes to your community. This expression of your outward journey might include such projects as –
- creating a local community social change project
- creating a body of midrashim in the medium of your choice
- preparing guides/pamphlets/videos regarding local synagogue/ lifecycle practices
- guiding a teen through bar/bat mitzvah study and observance
- organizing a local Chevra Kaddisha or a Chevra Bikkur Cholim
- writing a creative in-depth spiritual autobiography
